http://www.euronews.net/ Christians living in Jerusalem are being offered free Christmas trees to celebrate the upcoming holiday.

However, it is not Father Christmas handing out the gifts. The trees are being paid for by the city's local council, an action that has drawn criticism in the past by people who think it is as an unacceptable promotion of religion by a Jewish government.

In his annual Christmas address, the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem Fouad Twal highlighted Christians as a part of this year's Arab Spring uprisings:

La Oreja de Van Gogh Letra - Cometas Por El Cielo
.

Quedate, y desnudemos nuestras dudas

y solo tu me oiras gritar

Podemos volar, cometas por el cielo,
como el sol, como el mar...

Dibujar, mi nombre sobre el suelo,
como el sol, como el mar...
Wuooo, Wuooo
Como el sol como el mar...

(//A volar, cometas por el cielo
Como el sol, como el mar//)

[Willow]
Uhm, hello, can we get the party started, yeah!
Uhm, hello, can we get the party started…
Young Money

[Hook]
I’m the fireball, I’m the fireball, I’m the fire
I’m the fireball, I’m the fireball, I’m the fire
I’m the fireball, I’m the fireball, I’m the fire
Fire, fire, fire

[Willow - Verse 1]
Since I landed here, I gon’ phone up a Obama
Shook the world up, now I caused a little drama
Leader of the new school, and yes I’m gonna light up the block to the stage when I wanna
Brighter than the stars, throw my head up the curve
Don’t get, walk it off, check it I walk with a slur
Levitating in my mom’s all weather fur
Imma rock the world, til they follow Willow

[Hook]

[Willow - Verse 2]
See I ain’t never been the one to toot my own horn, beep, beep
Now watch me put her on
I set fire everywhere I play, make them all go insane, L.A to UK
Now Imma burn it up, when I step on the scene
My whole crew is fresh, and they rolling with me
You can turn me up yep to the extreme
Imma rock the World til they follow with me

[Hook]

[Nicki Minaj - Verse 3]
Ayo Willow, didn’t I just see you in China? (wattup)
Y-y-you’re real major even though you a minor
Your daddy keep you in designer
Y-y-your gali-gali-gali ya your Girly kinda
Ok I’m the street fighter, call me Chun-Li
a-a-and it’s goin’ down, l-l-like a bum knee
Built a guest house to put the coupe in
’cause I’m a fireball, Hadouken
Put you under my wing, I’m the top boss
Ain’t from Louisiana but I’m hot sauce
Cuffed the mountain just to go and build a house off
so I ain’t never gotta worry what the house cost
If they comin’ at you tell ‘em raise up
When it’s time to whip your hair put your braids up
Tell ‘em escalator, elevator yeah that mean to step your weight up
Ain’t nobody greater, Will and Jada is my neighbor, hater!

[Hook]

[Bridge]
Watch the fire burn, burn, burn
Watch me heat it up
Watch the fire burn, burn, burn
Watch me heat it up
Watch the fire burn, burn, burn
Watch me heat it up

[Hook]

Britain - A 1973 Bowie performance thought lost is to be aired David Bowie - "The Jean Genie" music video

Uploaded by on Dec 21, 2011
A recently rediscovered David Bowie Top of the Pops performance is to be shown on television for the first time since it was originally broadcast in 1973.

It was believed that every recording of the singer performing Jean Genie had been destroyed.

It emerged in October that retired cameraman, John Henshall, who was filming on the day, had kept a copy of the show.

In the four-minute clip, Bowie performs alongside his then-band The Spiders From Mars, who play a slightly extended version of the single.

Russia - Russian Duma's rough start / Vladimir Putin ally Sergei Naryshkin presides Duma as protests continue

Published on Dec 21, 2011 by
http://www.euronews.net/ A close ally of Vladimir Putin has been elected speaker of Russia's State Duma, at its first sitting since a parliamentary poll critics say was rigged.

Sergei Naryshkin vowed to encourage more debate and compromise in the lower house. His predecessor Boris Gryzlov, also from Putin's party, had said parliament was no place for discussion. He quit amid post-election protests.

While the ruling United Russia party remains dominant, opposition groups like the Communists look set a play a more active part in proceedings.

21 December - last one an a half days work for a friend and myself - lost 1.2 kilos the first day

Russell Grant's Daily Horoscopes for Thursday 22nd December 2011

.
Aries (Mar21/Apr20) A business trip is the last thing you want to conduct with Christmas looming ahead. Still, any journey you take now is sure to come up trumps. Put your disappointment aside for the sake of creating long lasting financial security. You've always craved freedom. Having a steady stream of income will allow you to devote more time to your favourite people and activities. Granted, you'll have to arrange your schedule around work, but you'll also be given plenty of time off.
  .
Taurus (Apr21/May21) An educational, cultural, or religious institution will promote your work. You'll notice an immediate increase in business once you get their recommendation. It feels great to be paid for your expertise. Some rivals will be jealous of your progress, and will try to make trouble for you. If you become the victim of negative online reviews, stay calm. Your best defence is to provide customers with excellent service at fair prices. Eventually, the positive word of mouth will outweigh the unsubstantiated rumours.
  .
Gemini (May22/Jun21) Your warmth and generosity lay the groundwork for a rewarding physical relationship. You've never experience this kind of intensity before. It feels like you're merging with your amour, which is a little scary. Just when you're ready to abandon yourself to passion, you find yourself holding back. Push past your fears. Creating a loving bond will enhance your life, not detract from it. Sexual freedom is overrated, even for a wanderer like you. Let your partner introduce you to new films, writers, artists, and musicians.
  .
Cancer (Jun22/Jul23) A close friend, attentive lover, or caring business partner is instrumental to your success. There's never been a better time to pursue your heart's desire. If you need a babysitter or substitute at work, your nearest and dearest will be happy to help. Don't reveal plans to your boss. The last thing your employer wants is for you to jump ship. It's obvious you're destined for better things, particularly where your career is concerned.
  .
Leo (Jul24/Aug23) Radiant vitality gives you a sexy glow. The results of a fitness regime have paid off handsomely. Take this opportunity to splurge on an attractive new outfit or status symbol. If you want to get in shape, embark on an exercise programme now. Resist the urge to go on a crash diet, as such plans are incredibly unhealthy. You want sustained results, not a quick fix. Besides, you become irritable when deprived of your favourite foods. Moderation in all things.
  .
Virgo (Aug24/Sep23) A great weight has lifted from your heart, allowing you to enjoy Christmas festivities to the fullest. It's comforting to know that no matter how hard your job is, you have loyal friends and family to sustain you. If you're looking for work, don't panic. Things will pick up when the festive season is over. In the meantime, focus on having fun with the people you love most. Soon, you'll be so busy you'll yearn for some time off.
  .
Libra (Sep24/Oct23) At long last, you're able to enjoy some quality time with friends and family. For you, Christmas is about beautiful traditions, uplifting music, and good food. Do your best to recreate special moments from childhood, or establish new rituals. A rebellious friend or relative will mock your efforts, but that's because they've had a painful upbringing. You have no intention to wallow in misery during this festive season. Keep forging ahead with your plans.
  .
Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) There's an added measure of sympathy between you and a loved one. At times, it feels as if you can read each other's minds. You're sick and tired of working around the clock, and can't take the stress. Fortunately, your best friend or lover sees what is happening, and is ready to help. Stop resisting their attempts to take over your responsibilities. Scale back your work schedule and treat yourself to a massage, facial, or pedicure. Even a dynamo like you needs an occasional rest.
  .
Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) Lucrative assignments come in, allowing you to afford a few extra luxuries this Christmas. Resist the urge to go overboard with a youngster. One or two big presents are enough. Put the rest of your earnings into a savings account, where it will grow and multiply. Providing your young friend with economic stability is the best gift you could ever gift. Granted, it's not as flashy as a gaming system, but it is a lot more valuable.
  .
Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) You'll get lots of favourable attention, both for your sex appeal and for your creativity. This is the perfect day to go on a first date, job interview, or audition. Submit your artwork to a publisher, gallery, or boutique. A relative won't be very supportive of your plans. In fact, they'll be downright jealous of your success. Don't discuss your ambitions with this family member, unless you want to provoke a big fight before Christmas. Sometimes it is best to keep life compartmentalised.
  .
Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) Offer quiet support for a relative who is charting a new course. It takes a lot of courage to break a bad habit and start anew. With your help, this family member can enjoy a level of health and happiness that wasn't possible a year ago. Angry words will be flying backwards and forwards in the family circle. There has always been a vast gulf between someone who's a risk taker and someone who's naturally cautious. Resist the urge to play the peacemaker; you could be the first casualty!
  .
Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) Getting involved with a large group gives you a sense of belonging. It feels good to express your creative vision to an appreciative audience. Having people champion your work gives you the courage to try something new. Don't fool yourself into thinking you should buy lots of expensive equipment to experiment with this medium. With a little ingenuity, you can find a cheaper, easier way to achieve the effect you want. Necessity is the mother of invention.
